Ocean Sauna & Atlantic Cold Plunge

Our sauna sits on a black pebble beach with a glass wall facing the glacier. The format is simple and ancient: fifteen minutes of proper heat, a guided walk into the Atlantic (rarely above 8°C — we teach you how to breathe through it), then back to the heat. Three rounds, more if you want them. A cold-water guide is in the water with you at all times. Wool hats, neoprene booties, towels and a thermos of moss tea are included. No experience needed — first-timers are our favourite people.
