About this experience

You lie down, we do the rest. The first hour is yoga nidra — a guided rotation of attention that drops the body into deep rest while the mind stays just barely awake. Most people land somewhere between sleeping and dreaming; a few snore, and that is fine. The final thirty minutes is a sound bath with gongs, bowls and the studio’s slightly famous bass drum. We run this session every evening, and it is the single best thing you can do on your first night in Iceland — jet lag does not survive it.
