Nordic Deep-Tissue Massage & Geothermal Steam

This is the session our regulars book after long flights and long hikes. We start with twenty minutes in geothermal steam to warm the tissue, then move to eighty minutes of deep, slow massage built around whatever your body is carrying — shoulders and forearms for desk workers, legs and feet for hikers. You finish with another pass through the steam and a rest room with water, fruit and absolutely no obligation to leave quickly.
